2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with N.C.B. P. S. Case No. 15 of 2023 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8(C), 20(b)(ii)(C), 25, 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 214 kg Ganja was recovered from the truck of this petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits no incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he is no way connected with the aforesaid recovery. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 06.12.2024.

5. Learned counsel for the opposite parties vehemently opposed the bail application.

6. Considering the fact that huge quantity of ganja has been recovered from the truck of this petitioner, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
