This is repeat application seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Hawai Adda P.S. Case No. 88 of 2016, registered under Sections 323, 341,325, 379, 307, 506 and 120(B) of the IPC Learned counsel for the State drew attention of the Court to the previous order dated 16.12.2016 (Annexure-1). It appears that on the submission of the counsel for the petitioner earlier anticipatory bail application was permitted to be withdrawn enabling the petitioner to surrender and pray for bail. It is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.

Prayer is, accordingly, rejected.
