2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bhakhri P. S. Case No. 31 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 103(1), 352, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner assaulted on the head of the mother of informant with brick, as a result of which, she died.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner and informant are agnates and due to dispute over pathway, simple altercation took place between them. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and is in custody since 27.03.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that there is specific accusation that is petitioner assaulted the mother of informant with brick, resulting in her death.
6. Considering the nature of accusation and gravity of the offence, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
7. However, since petitioner is in custody since 27.03.2025, Trial Court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial, preferably, within a period of one year from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
