JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-05-2015 There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. By an order dated 12.11.2013, the notice was directed to be issued to Opposite party No.2 and the petitioner was asked to file requisites within two weeks from that date. By the said order, petitioner was directed to be enlarged on provisional bail. Subsequently, by an order dated 5.3.2014, the petitioner was given two weeks' time for taking fresh steps for filing requisites for the purpose of issuance of notice upon Opposite party no.2 in view of the office note that Opposite party no.2 did not reside at the address given in the notice.

Till date the peremptory order of this court dated 5.3.2014 has not been complied with which led to dismissal of Cr. Misc. No. 45300 of 2013.

Today on call, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22724 of 2015 (2) dt.13-05-2015 This application is accordingly, dismissed.
