JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-02-2018 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the order dated 15.11.2016 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Gaya in Cr. Revision No.17 of 2016 as well as the order dated 21.02.2017 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya in Complaint Case No.1534 of 2013 (Trial No.1638 of 2017) by which the learned Magistrate took cognizance of the offence under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code against the petitioner and issued process.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioners at the stage of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28670 of 2017 (2) dt.22-02-2018 2/2 framing of charge.
Leave is granted.
