JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 12-10-2022 The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within one month. He is also directed to make necessary correction in paragraph no.1 of the anticipatory bail petition, as Section 420 of the IPC was left out to be mentioned.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 10 of the Bihar Conduct Examination Act, 1981, registered in connection with Jamui P.S.Case No. 73 of 2022. As per allegation, co-accused Ankit Kumar by impersonating the present petitioner has appeared in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24026 of 2022(2) dt.12-10-2022 2/2 examination.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is person of clean antecedent. Considering the above facts and circumstances, especially the clean antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Jamui in connection with Jamui P.S.Case No. 73 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time as provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
