JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-08-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the District Appellate Authority, Siwan, challenging the order dated 27.11.2012 contained in Memo No. 806 passed by the Block Education Officer, Raghunathpur, Siwan, in pursuance of order dated 05.07.2012 passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 11204 of 2012, whereby he has erroneously held the appointment of the petitioner as Panchayat Teacher in Gram Panchayat Raj Panjwar, illegal on the ground that the petitioner was appointed

Patna High Court CWJC No.10848 of 2013 (6) dt.30-08-2017 2/2 against Roster No. 4869 unreserved female.

Permission is accorded.

The petitioner shall file an appeal before the District Appellate Authority, Siwan, within a period of thirty days from the date of the order, which shall be disposed of in accordance with law within the statutory period.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
