The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case No. 31 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and the petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 09.03.2020.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24877 of 2020(2) dt.22-09-2020 2/2 case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing his personal bond to the satisfaction of learned 3rd Additional District and Sessions Judge -cum- Special Judge (Excise), in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case No. 31 of 2020.
