The petitioner wants to renew the prayer of bail which was earlier rejected by order dated 02.11.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27586 of 2015 on the ground that the petitioner is in custody since 15.12.2014, no one has seen actual killing of the deceased and the trial has not been concluded within the time given in the order to which the learned A.P.P. opposes by submitting that the trial is in progress and is likely to be concluded. In the facts and circumstances stated above, finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer of bail, again the prayer of bail of the petitioner stands rejected in connection with Chak
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23758 of 2016 (2) dt.29-06-2016 2/2 Mehsi P.S. Case No. 97 of 2014 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 520 of 2015 pending in the Court of learned 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Samastipur.
However, again the trial court is directed to expedite the trial and to conclude the same as early as possible, preferably within four months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, failing which the petitioner, if at no fault, may renew his prayer for bail before the learned court below itself.
