Petitioner seeks bail in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 32 of 2019 arising out of Barachatti P.S. Case No. 136 of 2019 registered for the offence under sections 15, 18 and 20 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused person has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 83579 of 2019 (Annexure-2) on 05.06.2020. Petitioner is in custody since 19.03.2019.

Case No. 136 of 2019.
