2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 567 of 2023 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation against the petitioner along with others is of brutally assaulted the informant and his family members due to which they sustained injury. It is further alleged that the accused persons have also snatched the articles from informant's family members.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. He submitted that both parties are agnates and they are next door

From the perusal of the injury report, the doctor opined that the injury sustained to the informant by this petitioner is simple in nature. Charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 20.11.2023 and has no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, nature of injury as well as the period of custody undergone by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 567 of 2023.
