JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-307, 120(B) & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of Explosive Substances Act.

I do not find any new ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner and, accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 54 of 2013 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 341 of 2013 pending in the court of Learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Jamui stands rejected.

However, learned trial court is directed to take effective steps to conclude the trial of the petitioner as early as possible, failing which, the matter shall be viewed seriously. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
