The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 162 of 2016 for offences under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is mother-in-law and there is general and omnibus allegation against her.
It is submitted that the petitioner is living separately from the husband of the deceased. Co-accused Malti Devi and Kalawati Devi have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. Nos. 17672 and 1399 of 2017 vide orders dated 27.4.2017 and 17.1.2017 respectively.

No.19762 of 2017 (2) dt.30-05-2017 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the statement made in para-3 of the bail petition that the petitioner has no criminal history, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M. (West) Muzaffarpur in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 162 of 2016, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
