2. The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 1082 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 498A, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of D.P. Act.

3. As per complaint case, marriage of complainant was solemnized with the petitioner on 29.05.2023 and after marriage, complainant was assaulted by all the accused persons. It is further alleged that motorcycle was given in the marriage as gift but they demanded four wheeler vehicle. It is further alleged that later on, complainant was assaulted and ousted from the matrimonial home.

4. Vide order dated 23.07.2025, the matter was referred before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Patna High Court.

The Mediator has sent its report vide Mediation Proceeding No. 1037 of 2025 dated 21.08.2025 and reported that the dispute between the parties has been resolved through the process of mediation and thereby they are ready to dissolve their marriage by filing Divorce petition under Section 13(B) of the Hindu Marriage Act before the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, East Champaran at Motihari in the terms of settlement mutually agreed upon by them, which is kept at Flag M.

6. Therefore, in the aforesaid circumstance, no purpose would be served to keep this matter pending.

7. Accordingly, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Complaint Case No. 1082 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of

8. The application stands allowed.
