JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-09-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused by this Court vide order dated 20.9.2019, passed in Cr.Misc.No. 40549/2019.

From perusal of the trial court's report dated 18.8.2021 it appears that the matter is running on the prosecution evidence.

In view of the nature of accusation and the progress of the trial, prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused. As the petitioner is in custody since 18.1.2019, let the trial be concluded as early as possible.
