JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-06-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Having more or less similar allegation, co-accused, Jay Ram Bind has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 16.05.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20697 of 2016. Moreover, the allegation of causing injury to informant' son is against co-accused, Awadhesh Bind.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25380 of 2016 (3) dt.20-06-2016 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Barahara P.S. Case No. 291 of 2015.
