This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is under suspicion to have committed theft of rupees ten lakh, which was kept in the cash box of the college. The petitioner is Accountant of that college. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that as per financial rules such a huge amount is not permissible to be kept by the Cashier in the office and the same should have been deposited in the Bank account. More over, only material against the petitioner is suspicion, which is also there against other persons. Petitioner is always ready to cooperate with the investigation and trial of this case.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 9 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the
