In that view of the matter, the present application is dismissed as infructuous.

However, if so advised, the petitioner shall be at liberty to challenge the validity and correctness of the order dated 30.06.2015 (Annexure-C to the aforesaid supplementary show cause) passed by the Municipal Commissioner, Muzaffarpur Municipal Corporation in an appropriate proceeding/court.
