The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No. 3183C of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 406 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner has already handed over a draft of Rs. 1,00,000/- to the complainant and the petitioner undertakes to pay further Rs. 1,00,000/- as directed vide order dated 21.04.2015 within one month.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42894 of 2014 (4) dt.13-05-2015 2/2 enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Complaint Case No. 3183C of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. and subject to the condition that the petitioner shall handover a draft of Rs. 1,00,000/- within one month from his release to the complainant.
