Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 20.9.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.47581 of 2018 and the allegation against the petitioner is of committing rape upon the minor girl..

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the medical report does not support the same and the medical report also suggests that she is major . It has also been submitted that up till now charges have been framed but no witness has been examined and petitioner is in custody for one year. It is also submitted that now the compromise has been reached between the parties..

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of allegation

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32796 of 2019(3) dt.11-07-2019 2/2 from which it appears that considering the medical report and other materials, this Court had dismissed the prayer for bail of the petitioner earlier as such I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner, however, as it is submitted that the charges have been framed in this case, as such the Children court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude it as expeditiously as possible.

With the aforesaid direction, this application is dismissed.
