Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in paragraph-1 of Cr. Misc.44535/2021.

Petitioners seeks regular bail in connection with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32158 of 2021(6) dt.31-03-2022 2/3 Ramkrishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 235/2020 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code 1860.

The prosecution case, as per the First Information Report, is that while the informant was going to deposit the sale proceeds of his petrol pump in the bank, he was accosted by three persons on a Motorcycle and one of them fired upon the informant and looted away a sum of Rs.6,86,300/- Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the name of the petitioners have come in the confessional statement of co-accused and except the confessional statement, there is no material against the petitioners. Learned counsel further submits that other co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court as well as co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. 38857/2021, 43702/2021 and 14843 of 2021 respectively.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioners have got criminal antecedents inasmuch as 8-9 case of similar nature are pending against them.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32158 of 2021(6) dt.31-03-2022 3/3 regular bail to the petitioners at this stage. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners stands rejected.

However, the petitioners may renew their prayer for bail after six months if the trial does not show any progress. (Anil Kumar Sinha, J) S.Ali/- U T
