The petitioner seeks bail in A.T.S. Bihar P. S. case no. 2 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 489B, 489C/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 16 U.A. (P) Act, 1967.

It is alleged in the written report that this petitioner along with other accused persons has been arrested by the police and total 1,99,500/- counterfeit notes has been recovered from possession of accused persons.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that Rs. one lacs has been recovered from possession of petitioner. There is no allegation that this petitioner was trying to circulate the counterfeit notes in the market.

Petitioner is in custody since 27.10.2016.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the District and Sessions Judge-VII, Patna in connection with A.T. S. Bihar P. S. case no. 2 of 2016, Sessions Trial no. 292 of 2017 subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) shyambihari/- U T
