Considering the nature of controversy involved in the instant writ petition, it would be appropriate that the petitioner may approach the appellate authority constituted under the Scheme of the Bihar Secondary Examination Board, Regulation
Patna High Court CWJC No.23597 of 2013(2) dt.14-08-2018 2/2 2011 amended by 2013. In case such appeal file by the petitioner within a period of one month from today along with copy of this order, Appellate Authority will condone the delay in filing the appeal and entertain and decide the same on its own merits within a period of three months from the receipt / production of a copy of this order.
