ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 08-02-2016 The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 27.6.2015, by which the Principal Judge, Family Court, Munger has granted adinterim maintenance to the Opposite Party No.2 in Maintenance case No.134 of 2014.

Considering that the impugned order is merely one of interim maintenance, the application is rejected. The Principal Judge, Family Court, Munger is directed to conclude the proceedings positively within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order without granting unnecessary adjournments to any party.

If the Petitioner deposits half the arrears of the amount

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.843 of 2015 dt.08-02-2016 2/2 decreed by the Court below within a period of three weeks, his warrant of arrest shall stand stayed.
