JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 30-01-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 363/366/34/379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner and others is that they had abducted to the Bhabhi of the informant when the informant was accompanying her on the way.

Submission of the petitioner is that the matter is of love-affairs and the victim girl in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C., though has alleged the occurrence of her abduction. However, has not named anyone. Petitioner is in custody since 27.07.2016.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49532 of 2016 (4) dt.30-01-2017 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga/Successor Court, in connection with Kamtaul P.S. Case No.130 of 2016.
