2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 397 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 306 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The deceased committed suicide. After breaking open the door, the dead body of the deceased was taken out. There is allegation against the petitioner that the petitioner and the victim were in relationship and when the victim requested the petitioner to solemnize marriage with her, the family of the petitioner did not agree and because of which, the deceased committed suicide.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 31.08.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-I, Danapur/concerned Court below in connection with Danapur P.S.
