The petitioners seek bail in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 35 of 2016 registered under Sections 370, 371, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code as also Sections 3, 4 and 5 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956. The prayer for bail of the petitioners was earlier rejected vide order dated 20.05.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26625 of 2016 (3) dt.11-01-2017 2 / 2 21755 of 2016.
Regard being had to the reasons assigned in the aforesaid order dated 20.05.2016, I see no reason to take a different view of the matter. Accordingly, the application for bail is rejected.
In case the trial is not concluded within nine months, the petitioners would be at liberty to renew their prayer for bail.
