2. The present Misc. Jurisdiction Case has been preferred for the following relief(s):

this contempt application is being filed on behalf of the petitioner above named for initiation of a contempt proceeding and for punishing the opposite parties for willful disobedience and noncompliance of the order dated 08.04.2024 passed in C.W.J.C.No. 10400 of 2023 by Hon'ble Mr.

Justice Rajiv Roy(J) by which the Hon'ble court has disposed of the writ application with a direction to DCLR, Muzaffarpur east to immediately pass an order in Rent

Patna High Court MJC No.1198 of 2025(5) dt.19-09-2025 2/2 Fixation Case No. 7 of 2022-2023 and also directed the District Magistrate to look into the matter and do the needful.

3. Pursuant to the last order dated 29.08.2025, show cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite party nos. 2 to 4 and learned State counsel has taken this Court to the AnnexureA to show that an order has been passed under the signature of the DCLR, Muzaffarpur by which it has been observed that rent for the land in question has been fixed as Rs. 5 per decimal in addition to the prevailing rent applicable to the remaining portion payable from the date of creation of jamabandi and as such, no further cause of action is/are required.

4. This Court is convinced that an order has come.

5. The petitioner if still aggrieved have proper forum/authority/court for its redressal.

6. MJC No. 1198 of 2025 stands disposed of.
