JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 21-08-2018 The present writ petition has been field for quashing the order dated 20.04.2012 passed by the Certificate Officer, Vaishali at Hajipur in Certificate Case No. 01/05-06 whereby and hereunder the respondent no. 1 without obeying the order of this Court during the pendency of CWJC No. 11640 of 2011 ordered to issue fresh warrant against the petitioner without complying the specific order dated 15.10.2009 passed in CWJC N. 5125 of 2008; and for connected reliefs.

2. None appears on behalf of the petitioner despite repeated calls.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents invites reference to para 6 of the counter affidavit field on behalf of the Certificate Officer, Vaishali (Respondent No. 1) to the effect that the proceedings has been dropped in

Patna High Court CWJC No.17845 of 2013 dt.21-08-2018 the light of no due certificate issued by the Manager, Central Bank of India, Lalganj.
