The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Mahua P.S.Case No.388 of 2018 dated 17.11.2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 498A, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Allegation against the petitioners, who happens to be brothers-in-law of the deceased causing death of the deceased and throwing her dead-body.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that nothing specific has been attributed against them and considering the same, other co-accused persons i.e. father-inlaw and mother-in-law have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, vide

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21401 of 2019(3) dt.21-06-2019 2/2 order dated 12.4.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.23266 of 2019. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Mahua P.S.Case No.388 of 2018 dated 17.11.2018, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with further condition to co-operate in the investigation and shall appear as and when required otherwise their bail bond shall be cancelled..

With the aforesaid direction, this application is allowed.
