JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-06-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being the husband of the complainant is languishing in jail since 20.03.2016 in a complaint case wherein process has been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

The basic accusation is of torture.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner admits his marriage with the complainant but the petitioner filed Matrimonial Suit no. 63 of 2013 for dissolution of marriage. It is further submitted that the investigation has already concluded.

No.25865 of 2016 (2) dt.23-06-2016 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Sitamarhi in connection with Complaint Case No. C-1/484 of 2013.
