JUSTICE PARTHA SARTHY ORAL ORDER 08-07-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State through video conferencing. The instant modification application has been filed for modification of the name of the father of the petitioner no.2 (Syed Qasim) as described in the order dated 5.6.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No.14962 of 2020 granting bail to the two petitioners therein.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that by order dated 5.6.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. no.14962 of 2020 the petitioners Sagar Kumar and Syed Qasim had been granted bail. However, inadvertently the name of the father of the petitioner no.2 Syed Qasim was wrongly typed/mentioned in the bail petition as well as the Vakalatnama. Instead of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21180 of 2020(3) dt.08-07-2020 2/2 correct 'Sahid Ali Jafar @ Ali Zafar, it was wrongly typed as'Syed Ali Jafar @ Ali Zafar'.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the Court deems it proper to modify the order dated 5.6.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. no.14962 of 2020. The order is modified to the extent that the name of the father of the petitioner no.2 therein shall read as 'Sahid Ali Jafar @ Ali Zafar' in place of 'Syed Ali Jafar @ Ali Zafar'. The remaining part of the order dated 5.6.2020 remains unchanged.

The modification application stands allowed to the above extent.
