2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chandi (Wena) P.S. Case No. 527 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner is said to have fired which as per the F.I.R. has hit the victim. The injuries report shows that the victim has sustained an abrasion in his ear.

4. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that parties have settled their dispute and they are neighbours.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Chandi (Wena) P.S. Case No. 527 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
