JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 23-08-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order passed on 20.02.2013 in Certificate Case No. 14/2011-12 whereby and whereunder the Certificate Officer issued the property warrant against the petitioner or direct the respondent to keep in abeyance the proceeding till the pendency of Revision Case No. 19/2011 before learned Mines Commissioner, Bihar, Patna.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states on instruction that during the pendency of the writ petition, Revision Case No. 19 of 2011 has since been disposed of.

3. In view of the statements made in paragraphs 14, 15 and 16 of the writ petition with regard to pendency of the Revision Case which has since been disposed of, therefore, the present writ petition need not be pressed.
