This is an application for grant of regular bail filed by the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Supaul PS Case No. 570 of 2017 for the alleged offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the instant case was registered against unknown and the petitioner was not put in T I Parade. Petitioner is in custody since 21.08.2018.

Considering the aforesaid, this application is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
