The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 67 of 2018 registered under Sections 498(A), 504, 323, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is husband of the informant, who is quite innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Further he submits that on perusal of paragraph-7 of the bail application, it appears that the informant earlier lodged a case vide Darbhanga Mahila P.S. Case No. 24 of 2015 registered under section 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
