The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 788 of 2021 registered for the offence under Section 363 / 366(A) read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/12 of the POCSO Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case due to family enmity.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the petitioner is in custody since 07.12.2021. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Special Sessions Judge, POSCO Act, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 788 of 2021.
