Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 308, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that the accused persons objected construction of the house being done by informant and also assaulted husband of the informant.

Submission is that the petitioners and the husband of the informant are agnates and due to property dispute they have falsely been implicated in this case. The only allegation is of assault by danda and both sides have compromised the matter. The

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28815 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 2/2 petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioners, namely, Satyanarayan Singh and Kamlesh Kumar Singh @ Kamlesh Singh @ Kamnlesh Singh be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Kutumba P.S. Case No.30 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
