JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 13-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State assisted by learned counsel for the opposite party no.2.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act registered in connection with C.A. No.2270 of 2013.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner, a person of clean antecedents, has been falsely implicated. In any event, he offers to deposit an amount of Rs.1000/- per month regularly for the benefit of opposite party no.2.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and

No.24562 of 2014 (3) dt.13-05-2015 2/2 circumstances of the case, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 18.09.2014 pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with C.A. No.2270 of 2013 shall stand hereby confirmed, subject to further condition that the petitioner will deposit a sum of Rs.1000/- per month regularly before the learned Court below which shall be available for withdrawal by opposite party no.2 and upon failure to deposit any two consecutive instalments, his bail bond shall stand automatically cancelled.
