JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under section 379 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and under the SC/ST Act.

The petitioner submits that there is no such allegation against him who is alleged to have slapped the informant. Further, no case under the SC/ST Act would be made out against him.

The bail petition is disposed of with direction that if the petitioner as mentioned above, surrenders within five weeks in Daraudha Police station Case No. 46 of 2016, then on so surrendering, he would be released on bail to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in Daraudha Police station Case No. 46 of 2016.
