The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Desari P. S. Case No. 100 of 2018 registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the specific allegation in the FIR that during subsistence of first marriage, the petitioner married another lady and started ill treating her and her death occurred in other than natural circumstance, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, his application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.

However, in case the petitioner surrenders and
