2. Learned counsel for the Corporation is permitted to make necessary correction in the show cause filed by him today. Let the same be done during the course of the day.

3. Pursuant to order dated 11.07.2019, show cause has been filed on behalf of the Corporation. The order of the writ Court dated 04.12.2013 in CWJC No. 14472 of 2007 required reinstatement of the petitioner with all consequential benefits.

4. In the show cause filed today, it has been stated that the petitioner has been reinstated by order dated 23.07.2019 and has also joined the Corporation on 25.07.2019. Further, at paragraph no. 5, it has been stated that the rest formalities shall follow soon.

5. At this juncture, on a query of the Court as to what was the import of such statement, learned counsel for the Corporation submitted that all consequential benefits after reinstatement of the petitioner shall be made available to him within six weeks.

6. Having regard to the aforesaid, the Court finds that the order has been substantially complied with and there is no use in keeping the matter pending.

7. Accordingly, the application stands disposed off with the direction to the authorities that as they have themselves

The Court may only indicate that the matter being disposed off on the assurance of learned counsel for the Corporation, any violation would result in serious consequences for the officer(s) concerned.
