The petitioner has filed the present writ application challenging the notice issued under Section 3 of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, in Encroachment Case No. 11 of 2021-22.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the impugned notice, under Section 3 of the Act, objection/show cause has already been submitted by the petitioner before the concerned authority and the same is still pending.
