Regard being had to the fact that the Contractor has been admitted to bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 42774 of 2014 dated 06.05.2015, let petitioner Birendra Das @ Virendra Das be released on anticipatory bail either in the event of his arrest by the police or surrender in the court below on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with K.
