It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that main prayer in the writ application is for a direction to dispose of Encroachment Case No. 10 of 2013-14 pending before the Circle Officer, Panchdeori Circle, Gopalganj (Respondent no.4) within a stipulated time frame.

Learned counsel for the respondent-state submits that if the aforesaid encroachment case has not been disposed of, it will be disposed of within a period of four months from the date or

In view of the above submission of learned counsel for the respondent-state, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the concerned respondent authority (Respondent no.4) to disposed of Encroachment Case No. 10 of 2013-14 within a period of four months in accordance with the provisions of Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act.
