The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Patori P.S. case No.97 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 149, 342, 353, 427, 188, 120B, 109, 504, 506 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code, pending before the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur.

Considering the nature of allegations against the Petitioners, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

The Petitioners are directed to immediately surrender in the Court below.
