JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-07-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State via video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No.67 of 2020 registered under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 25(1-B) a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act as well as sections 37(b) and 37(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 Considering that on the allegation that smell of alcohol was coming from the mouth of the petitioner and a samsung mobile was recovered from his possession for which he is in custody since 29.02.2020, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions
