02. 15.10.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

The Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Kochas (Parsathua) P.S. Case No. 88 of 2015 registered under Sections 399, 402 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B) A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram. Considering the nature of allegations against the Petitioner, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to him. The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

The Petitioner is directed to immediately surrender in the Court below.
