Petitioner is in custody in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 204 of 2019 for the offence under sections 366(A),506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he has kidnapped the daughter of the informant for the purpose of the marriage and extortion.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the daughter of the informant has joined the wedlock with this petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 25.12.2019.
