02. 15.10.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State.

The Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Mohammadpur P.S. Case No. 69 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj.

Considering the nature of allegations against the Petitioners, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to them. The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

The Petitioners are directed to immediately surrender in the Court below.
